Silver - Householder Site visit and written response assessing proposal with basic advice provided as to how to overcome any issues, e.g. design changes (where possible)

Silver - small residential/commercial Site visit and written response assessing proposal with basic advice as to how to overcome any issues, e.g. design changes (where possible). This will include the outcome of consultations with consultees within the Council.
