Your local councillor can help you in a number of ways, they represent the area, they act in your interest and they help to resolve problems in your neighbourhood.

If you have a problem your local councillor is there to help you. You can still contact your councillor even if the issue is not a district council one and they will take up your issue on your behalf.

The Council is made up of 48 councillors who represent 34 wards or areas.

The Council was elected on 7th May 2015. It is made up of 31 Conservatives, 16 Liberal Democrats and 1 Independent Conservative.

The next election for North Norfolk District Council will be in May 2019.

Residents in the district also elect 11 councillors to Norfolk County Council every four years. The next County Election will be held in May 2021.
