Environmental Protection - Public notice 2017/18 Fees
DEFRA are reviewing the LAPCC (Part B) and LA-IPCC (Part A2) fees and charges scheme for the 2017/18 financial year.
Unfortunately, due to Purdah restrictions they are not able to publish the consultation responses or to confirm a decision on 2017/18 fees and charges until after the General Election on 8th June, and subject to Ministerial approval.
Therefore, we are unable to send out our annual subsistence fee invoices to our Environmental Permitted Processes until DEFRA are able to release the new fees.
