Prices for leasing a beach hut site

North Norfolk District Council rents out beach hut sites along the promenades at

• Cromer
• Sheringham
• Overstrand
• Mundesley

These sites are let on a 5 year lease. Occupiers have to provide their own Beach Hut to a given specification.

From 2024, the cost of a 5 year lease starts from £913.74 per year. 

To rent a beach hut site, you must first join the waiting list.
