Pay my Council Tax
Pay Council Tax online or by other methods such as direct debit.
When paying for your council tax, please have your council tax reference number to hand for your ease of reference. In order for the Council to keep council tax as low as possible we ask you to consider making payment in the following ways:

You can also pay your council tax by any of the following methods:
Online banking
For one-off council tax payments using online banking, payments should be made directly to the Council using the following bank details:

You must include your council tax reference number to avoid delays in your payment.
At a Post Office or PayPoint
Your council tax bill has a bar code on it that allows you to pay at any Post Office or at any outlet displaying the PayPoint logos. You will receive a receipt as proof of your payment and you will not be charged for using this service.
Post
Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to "North Norfolk District Council". You must write your council tax account reference on the back of the cheque or postal order and send it at least 3 days before the payment is due to the following address:

Receipts will not be issued for postal payments unless you enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Pay your council tax by calling the 24 hour phone line 0300 123 1109
Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
Please allow five working days for your payment to be processed to ensure that the payment reaches your account by the due date on your council tax bill.
