Cost of living support for households
The North Norfolk Cost of Living Programme, available until March 2025, is designed to support our residents by providing independent help and advice on measures they can take to reduce their energy costs.
A specialist advisor through the Norfolk Warm Homes team (NWN) is also looking for homeowners interested in retrofitting their houses with energy-efficient measures, helping reduce emissions and saving you money.
The programme offers:
- independent advice and support
- opportunity to be part of the retrofit programme

Residents and homeowners.
How to apply
Apply through the Norfolk Warm Homes website. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and delivered locally.
