Countryside Manager Colin Brown said:

“The volunteering sessions are always really popular and it’s a great opportunity to get out in nature and make a big difference in our natural environments.

The work volunteers do in our parks is significant and assists our rangers with conservation works.”

Take a look at previous volunteer sessions from Council volunteers and the Muddy Boots sessions.

The sessions will be from 10am until 2pm and volunteers are asked to bring their own gloves and refreshments/lunch.

Tools for planting will be provided.
