After the success of the previous Job Fair earlier this year, the Council is working with Cromer DWP to hold another Job Fair on Thursday, September 28, at Cromer Parish Hall between 10am and 12pm.

This fair will be run in conjunction with businesses and service providers from across the district.

The Job Fair will be supported by various employers from around the district, who will showcase available job opportunities. There will also be a chance to learn about details of future recruitment campaigns and handy tips on making applications stand out and get noticed.

There will also be support available for those looking for volunteering opportunities.

The Department for Work and Pensions will also be on hand to offer recruitment advice, work trials, work experience, apprenticeships and offer guidance related to disabilities or health conditions.

Karen Hill, Assistant Director for People Services, NNDC, said:

This is the fourth Job Fair we have supported across the district since the Pandemic and forms part of our commitment to support at least two such events a year.

"Work offers people so much more than an income and is really important for general health and wellbeing and this is why we support these events – and why we are looking forward to seeing you there”.
