North Norfolk District Council Triathlon Events

Last year, the Council held two very successful triathlon events at Victory Swim and Fitness Centre and The Reef Leisure Centre in partnership with Everyone Active.

The Reef and Victory will once again hold super sprint triathlons in 2024. Last year's event had people participating from seven different counties with a range of ages from 17 to 77 years old.

The Victory Super Sprint Triathlon will be taking place on June 30, 2024, followed by The Reef on October 6, 2024. Find out more about our events here - Home | Triathlon Events (north-norfolk.gov.uk)

Super sprint triathlons are ideal events for everyone, from beginners to more experienced triathletes. You can take part to have a taster of what triathlon is all about as well as fine-tuning your fitness and triathlon skills. During last year's event just over 20% of participants were first-time triathlon participants.

The format is a 300m pool-based swim with participants setting off at 30-second intervals. The 17km 1-lap bike course is a beautiful rural route gently undulating. The 3km 1-lap run is mainly flat, taking in some quiet residential roads and rural footpaths.
