Request commercial bulky waste collection
North Norfolk District Council offers local businesses a collection service for bulky items such as furniture, fridges and freezers.
To arrange a collection, please contact our customer service team on 01263 513811. You will be required to prepay for the service by credit or debit card at the time of ordering the collection. Please see below for pricing for this service.
Charges for commercial bulky waste
- 1 to 3 bulky Items - £57.50
- 4 to 6 bulky Items - £69
- 7 to 9 bulky Items - £80
- Per additional item over 9 Items - £20
- Disposal cost per item (where applicable) - £21.50

An invoice will be sent to you following the collection. Please note that any alterations to your requested service, must also be made in writing.
Collections will usually take place 7 working days from the receipt of your written instruction. If you wish to know which day of the week the collection will take place, please request an appointment. The bulky items will need to be presented outside the property and accessible to the collection crew by 7am on collection day.
