View the Corporate Risk Register

This risk register records the risks and opportunities that may affect the delivery of the Corporate Plan.

The Council manages risk by keeping two lists of our risks. These lists show an assessment of the risk and the action being taken or needed to reduce the risk to the level needed.

The first list is called the Corporate Risk Register. This register records the risks and opportunities that may affect the delivery of the Corporate Plan. The top ten risks on the register forms part of the normal agenda for the Audit Committee.

The second list is called the Service Risk Register. This register records the risks and opportunities that may affect the delivery of individual service plans.
