View planning enforcement register

Under current legislation every district planning authority must keep and maintain a register of notices, which relate to their area that is open for public inspection.

What information is on the register?

The register contain information about the following orders and notices with relate to the local council's area:

• planning enforcement orders
• planning enforcement notices
• stop notices
• breach of condition notices
