Public EV charging points

The Council provides electric vehicle charging points at the following car park locations:

There is a 25kW charger for staff use only at the Cromer office.

We do not provide charging points on the street.

Fees

The cost of charging your electric vehicle is 48p per kW of charge, plus the standard parking fee.

Date of installation and cost

We installed these chargers in 2020 and 2021, and the average cost of a twin charge point was £13,820.

Electric Vehicle Strategy

The Council is currently reviewing its EV Strategy. When adopted, this will be available on our website.

We will update our website with any new EVCs and plans for their rollout in north Norfolk. Please check our website for updates.
