Public consultation for Local Validation List 2025 to 2027 requirements for North Norfolk planning applications

North Norfolk District Council is reviewing its Local Validation Requirements List for planning applications.

Having the right information to accompany a planning application is important to good decision-making. If the necessary information is missing, this can lead to delays or applications being refused.

A Local Validation Requirements List is a summary of the supporting documents required when making a planning application to the local authority. The list sets out the information that will be needed and in what circumstance that information is required.
